Each Lindi Nielsen Art piece is created, handled, and packaged with love and care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully at its new home.
Processing time
Please allow up to 7 days for your artwork to be prepared and shipped. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Production time
All prints are made to order through our professional fine-art printing partner. Production may take an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch, depending on the size and finish of your chosen artwork.
Shipping:
Paper prints are gently rolled and shipped in sturdy art tubes to prevent bending or damage.
Framed prints are professionally packed by our trusted fine-art printer using secure, protective materials.
Original paintings are professionally packed and fully insured, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
Every artwork is handled with white-glove care to protect the piece throughout its journey.
Packaging:
All prices include insured shipping within Australia — there are no extra delivery costs at checkout.
Depending on your location, please allow up to 14 days for delivery after dispatch.
You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

For international orders, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

International Shipping:
All original artworks and framed prints are shipped fully insured.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you discover damage after opening, please email us within 7 days with clear photos of the artwork and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work directly with our courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork or a refund.
Insurance, Loss and Damage:
Each piece is made or printed especially for you, so unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can review the issue.
Once confirmed, we will organise a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds:
All artworks remain the property of Lindi Nielsen Art until full payment is received.
Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to individual display settings.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace items lost due to incorrect address details.
